At Ably Mart, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan.

We currently deliver orders across Pakistan, including major cities and most other serviceable areas.

⏱️ Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–3 working days

• Other Areas: 3–5 working days

• Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, destination, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

You may receive a call or WhatsApp message from our team to confirm your order before dispatch.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Any additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may be the customer's responsibility.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the courier service. You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment.

🔄 Delivery Attempts & Returns

Please make sure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may make another delivery attempt or contact the customer.

Orders that are refused or returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer refusal may be subject to applicable return or shipping charges.
